Clubs and states are encouraged to organise shared accommodation.

No group rate will be applied to pre/post-bookings. Guests who wish to book a pre or post-night first have to book the group stay through the link and directly contact the reservations team (DRWHD_RES@hilton.com) to make the additional night booking. 

Alternatively, guests can book themselves through the Hilton website at the hotel’s best available rate at the time of making the booking. If both the bookings are for the same room type, Hilton can link the bookings, which will avoid guests changing rooms during the stay. However, if the same room type is not available for pre/post nights, guests will need to change rooms or apply for a room upgrade to an available room type at extra cost.
