This Award is nominated by either Club Committees, State Representatives or by an individual member.
At the heart of the BPW mission is the mentoring, both formal and informal, and the ongoing supportive coaching provided within our safe club environment.
This award will be presented to a member who has shown a high level of commitment to mentoring other BPW members themselves or who has been involved in coaching other members to become mentors. They may also be involved in mentoring programs within the local community.
Nominees will be judged as to how they meet the following criteria:
Mentoring other individual members
Mentoring (coaching) members to be mentor others
Involvement in community mentoring programs
Growing BPW influence through mentoring
Nominations close 5pm Sunday 3 September 2023 (extended).
Awards will be presented at the BPW Australia National Conference in Darwin on 17-19 November 2023.
The Member Mentor Award
This award was established in 2018 to enable recognition of members who are active in their efforts to mentor other women - these members may not be otherwise known outside of their clubs, but exemplify the core principles of BPW.
