It's time to recognise the stellar clubs and champion members of BPW Australia.
At National Conference we showcase those who have demonstrated their dedication and commitment to the BPW Aims. Through our honours platform we record the clubs and women amongst us that serve as role models. The following Awards will be awarded at the Conference to exceptional Clubs or Individual Members for the invaluable contribution that they make to BPW.

Instructions for Submitting a Nomination:
Zealous is the name of the Awards Management software BPWA is using this year.
When submitting your nomination, you will be requested to create a Zealous Account.
Take note or Save your login details for future Nomination Form Edits or other Awards nominations.
You can save your nomination as a draft if you need to gather more info or photos.
With your Zealous login you will be able you to come back to www.zealous.co, log
back in and then edit your submission right up until the close date.
Step 1
Enter your own name as Nominee and Club Name.
Then in the Upload Files area, please upload any Club Photo (Club Awards) or Nominee's Photo - (Portrait Head & Shoulders) for National or Member Awards.
A photo is required to proceed but is not used in scoring your Nomination.

Complete the Application Form. If you need to do so, you can save your Draft and come back to it later.
In Contact details section, please enter your own contact details as the Nominator.

To Edit a Submission in the future, go to www.zealous.co, and login with your details

BPW Australia National Conference Club Awards!
Club Committee Award
Clubs are nominated by a State Representative based on the excellence in the performance of their club management committee including efficiently run events, support of the Club President, mentoring, succession planning, club finances, teamwork and maintaining club status. The club will have developed, or maintained, exceptional administrative functionality, communications and ensured the continuity of BPW Aims through selected focus or programs that impact both locally and in the wider community

Club Committee Award
BPW recognises our healthiest Clubs are those in which the Club President is supported by an active Club Committee. This Award celebrates the Committee who have best supported their Club President in developing the Club.
Clubs are nominated by a State Representative based on excellent performance as a club management committee including efficiently run events, support of the Club President, mentoring, succession planning, club finances, teamwork and maintaining club status.
The club will have developed, or maintained, exceptional administrative functionality, communications and ensured the continuity of BPW Aims through selected focus or programs that impact both locally and in the wider community.
Nominations will be considered based on the actions of the Committee in the following areas:

Support of President in delivering the Aims of BPW, and the vision of the Club

Club Membership Engagement Award
Nominations are invited from Club Presidents and State Representatives to recognise a club that has significantly increased membership or led initiatives with a measurable impact on numbers and enhanced member engagement.
This could include a community membership campaign, an online initiative, or the introduction of an internal club member-focussed program to strengthen member commitment to each other and to a shared vision resulting in higher retention of current members.

Club State Engagement Award
Nominations from a State Representative to recognise a club that has specifically widened their influence across multiple BPW clubs and/or other women’s or community groups.
They will have worked to improve the network of Clubs in their State or Territory or across the country thereby improving the effectiveness and reach of their Club network. This may be for a particular program or focus for a short or longer period.

Club State Engagement Award
Nominations from a State Representative or Division President to recognise a club that has specifically widened their influence across multiple BPW clubs and/or other women’s or community groups.
They will have worked to improve the network of Clubs in their State or Territory or across the country thereby improving the effectiveness and reach of their Club network. This may be for a particular program or focus for a short or longer period.
Nominations will be considered using the following criteria:

efforts to improve State BPW Network (e.g. creating new Club collaborations, supporting new Clubs etc)
-
efforts to widen BPW Influence (e.g. working with Local or State projects or policy inputs, local change-making projects)
-
engagement in partnerships with other organisiations (e.g. combining with other women's groups to drive change, combined events)

The Club State Engagement Award
This award was established in 2018 to recognise and encourage Clubs in engaging BPW Aims in a broader community - working in collaboration with other Clubs, or partner organisations in a State.
Club Annual Report Award
This Award is presented to the BPW Club that has produced an outstanding Annual Report for any one of these periods.
Nominations require a copy of the annual report.

Member Influence Award
This Award is an open nomination from Clubs, States or National Executive to recognise a member who best represents the ideals and aspirations of BPW at Club level. (Candidates should not be a current committee member.)
This award will recognise those members who best encapsulate the ethos of BPW by supporting, encouraging and coaching other women, and influencing projects and advocacy on a local level and in her local community.

The Member Influence Award
This award was established in 2018 to showcase members who are active in influencing their society at the grassroots level, who may not seek committee or national roles, but take action for change and show the core principles of BPW.
Member Commitment Award
This Award is nominated by Club members; as important as our newest members are, the longevity of the BPW movement is testament to the loyalty and commitment of our long-term members.
This award will recognise the consistent hard work of these women and will be presented to a member who has actively maintained her BPW commitment for longer than 10 years and continues to offer counsel and support in her club, or to other clubs.

The Member Commitment Award
This award was established in 2018 to ensure we celebrate our longest standing members, who provide the continuous link from our past to our future. Our network would not exist without the commitment of women like these.
New Member Award
This Award is nominated by Club members to recognise a member who has joined within the past 2-3 years. Renewal of passion and drive in BPW Clubs can be enhanced by the contribution and engagement of new members. This award seeks to recognise this enhancement by acknowledging the verve of the newest women in our network. Each nomination should outline the connection and impact shown by the candidate evidenced by their involvement in Club events and regular meetings, in their project work or in engagement with Club business.

New Member Award
This Award is nominated by any BPW member to recognise a member who has joined within the past three years. Renewal of passion and drive in BPW Clubs can be enhanced by the contribution and engagement of new members.
This award seeks to recognise this by acknowledging the verve of the newest women in our network. The New Member Award
This award was established in 2018 to enable recognition of members who have recently joined our network, and encourage other new members to grow their involvement in the work of BPW.
Member Mentor Award
This Award is nominated by either Club Committees, State Representatives or by an individual member.
At the heart of the BPW mission is the mentoring, both formal and informal, and the ongoing supportive coaching provided within our safe club environment.
This award will be presented to a member who has shown a high level of commitment to mentoring other BPW members themselves or who has been involved in coaching other members to become mentors. They may also be involved in mentoring programs within the local community.
