Kylie has over 20 years’ experience within professional services environments. She has worked in small, medium and multi-national corporations within the engineering, environmental services and legal industries. Kylie offers skills in finance and people management, business and risk analysis, strategic planning and governance. She is committed to a leadership and communication style that enhances the outcomes for businesses and its people.

In 2007, Kylie co-founded LBW Environment, an environmental consulting company that specialises in the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites. In 2011, Kylie co-founded Water Plan Consulting which specialises in developing water supply infrastructure. In 2012, she was the South Australian Telstra Business Woman of the Year, and won the Hudson Private and Corporate Sector Award.

Building on her professional coaching and mentoring under the LBW banner and her passion for coaching and mentoring young people, professional women and small business owners, Kylie founded Incredible U in July 2013. She is also a facilitator for the Behind Closed Doors Entrepreneurs Program.

Sandra has been advocating for women’s rights ever since she was a teenager. She is the recipient of the Edna Ryan Award for Mentoring (for the advancement of women) in 2008 and was shortlisted for NSW Women Awards in 2018. In 2002 she was Vice-President of BPW Sydney and served as State President for BPW NSW 2006 to 2009.  She served as an Executive Director on the BPW International Executive from 2012 to 2014. During that time, Sandra was one of Australia’s Leaders on the Commonwealth Business Council.

On International Women’s Day 2019, Sandra launched Ellect to address the gender gap in business with its global procurement marketplace and certification program. As a strong advocate for gender balance in business and aware of the barriers women and men encounter in establishing a gender balance, this unique digital marketplace and certification program enables businesses to demonstrate they are working towards gender balance. Ellect is aligned with United Nations Global Goal 5 – Gender Equality to be a purpose driven business where part of the proceeds fund gender equality projects.

Sandra D'Souza

During her 35 year executive career with the National Australia Bank, Ann-Marie led teams across business banking, retail banking and wealth management at state and national levels.  She is highly regarded as an inspiring leader with a proven track record for delivering and driving sustainable results by focusing on delivering a fulfilling employee and customer experience. She is currently Chair of Volunteering SA and NT, a Board Trustee of Kalyra Communities and a consultant, coach and mentor. 

In 2009, Ann-Marie won the South Australian Telstra Business Women's Award - Private & Corporate Sector, having won it previously in 2001.  In 2002, she received the Centenary Medal for Leadership in the Community.

Ann-Marie Chamberlain
SA Telstra Winner and Chair of Volunteering SA and NT

Serial entrepreneur Carol brings her local, national and global experience in business and her commitment to women in business.  She is a Past President of BPW Western Australia and the Founder and CEO of the non-profit, community-based Belmont Business Enterprise Centre, which assists people to start and grow businesses through advice, training and mentoring support.  Carol is a long-term BPW member and established the BPW Business Incubator in WA and a Clothes Library for the unemployed to borrow corporate garments for job interviews. 

Carol has dedicated more than 45 years to the Australian fashion industry and runs workshops for aspiring young entrepreneurs. Her non-profit projects have assisted over 32,000 small businesses across Australia and globally, and she has been recognised with many state, national and international awards.

In 1998, Carol established the Textile Clothing Footwear Resource Centre of WA, a not-for-profit national support centre that provides fashion business support, specialised resources and online services and training. She has delivered NGO forums and expos for women in business both locally and internationally, including an annual ‘Economic Empowerment of Women Entrepreneurs Forum at the UN Commission on the Status of Women.  

Carol Hanlon
Serial entrepreneur with local, national and international experience

Amy is a multi award-winning social enterprise strategist, thought leader and impact collaborator with a passion for applying commercial practices and innovative models to solve complex social challenges. Amy’s particular areas of passion include women’s economic empowerment, social enterprise, and women caught up in the justice system. 

Amy is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Collab4Good, Principal Consultant of Fourth Sector Solutions, Social Procurement Lead SA for Social Traders and sits on the board of directors for Infoxchange Group. Amy was awarded by Women in Innovation in 2017 for Women's Initiative in Business, and was recognised as one of InDaily’s Top 40 Under 40 business leaders in South Australia in 2018.

Success in business is more than just profit.  Award-winning innovator Sarah Gun will talk about Profit for Purpose entrepreneurship for social equity.  Sarah founded a runs GOGO events, a social enterprise that trains and employs homeless and disadvantaged women.   

Sarah also founded, and is CEO of the GOGO Foundation, which creates targeted pathways to employment for people with complex barriers to employment and is committed to creating a more equitable society through increasing workforce participation for people who have been marginalised.

Sarah is an international award-winning innovator, disruptor, thought leader and crusader for a socially equitable world. She is renowned for her ideas and achievements in setting new standards for socially and environmentally sustainable businesses in South Australia. She is a passionate and thoughtful contributor to impactful conferences, festivals, networking events and the development of the social enterprise and social impact sector. 

Sarah's expertise and experience include social impact in business (business practices, team leading and investment), environmental sustainability in business and events, and developing the social economy. Sarah has been recognised with an Australia Day Women's Award, the Women Hold Up Half the Sky Award,  AICD Women's Innovation Scholarship, the Westpac Social Change Fellowship and is a SHeEO Venture.

Carolyn will share the benefits of incorporating the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals into your business enterprise to positively impact community outcomes.  She is a Past President of BPW New Zealand.

A Registered Architect in New Zealand, Carolyn attributes her long engagement with BPW New Zealand and with BPW International for strengthening her business and personal development, and building her competence in community engagement, media liaison, policy advocacy and public speaking.  She received a BPW Second Chance scholarship to support the completion of her Masters in Architecture, and is now completing a Masters in Sustainable Development Goals.
